Approximately 2-3 weeks beforehand let your neighbors know that you'll be hosting a Backyard Bible Club! Be sure to request that parents let you know if their children will be attending, so you can purchase adequate craft and snack supplies. Also, collect the parents' email addresses and cell phone numbers so you can send a reminder email and text the day before BBC begins.
