Opening Presents
Church Christmas Show
Baking Christmas Cookies
Christian and Abbie coming down the stairs and discovering their presents on Christmas morning! Opening Presents Church Christmas Show Baking Christmas Cookies During 2011 Greg and I read through the Bible in a year. It was a whirlwind of reading (usually a good 3-4 chapters per day), but praise the Lord we made it through the Bible in a year! During 2012 we decided to slow down a bit and only read the New Testament in a year. This will enable us to read smaller bits and really take time to study each passage in depth. We are also encouraging our friends and youth group teens to join us in reading through the New Testament in a Year. If you would like to join us, please feel free to download one of the below files and comment on this post or email us too so that we can encourage one another on our journey. Christian and his preschool class performing their Snowman play. (You can hear Abbie saying, "A Snowman!" and "A Hat!" in the background. :) Christian and his class singing some holiday songs. I love how hard Christian tries to get his fingers just right during the counting. :) Christian and his class singing the grand finale two songs. I love how Christian can't help dancing in his seat! :)
Christian's sick. :(
I kept him home from preschool yesterday because he was tired, laying around, and quiet - which is the complete opposite of normal for my active, chatterbox little man. I'm glad I kept him home because he got a temperature that evening of 99.5, then 100 at bedtime, then 100.5 at 3am, and now 101 at 3pm, so if the temperature doesn't start falling instead of rising soon we'll be headed to the doctor - please be praying for him. On the upside though, even amidst being super sick and tired Christian took the time to comfort Abbie during the scary parts in the in the old animated "Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas" - so sweet. |
