The kiddos insisted that we put up stocking #5 for their baby brother. :)

Baby V #3 - 26 Weeks

Big News:  The blood pool that was between my amniotic sack and uterine wall is gone - hooray!  We were so excited and surprised when the ultrasound technician told us that my body has absorbed the blood pool and the blood pool is totally gone!  Praise the Lord! :)

The doctor also told us I passed my sugar test - always good news. :)

My next appointment was scheduled for January 7 in 3 weeks (a big deal for us because we've been going consistently every 2 weeks since the bleeding began at 12 weeks).

Praise the Lord for this wonderful appointment and His consistent protection of our baby boy! :)

Baby V #3 - 24 Weeks

Baby V #3 is now 1 lb. 10 oz. and super active!  The ultrasound technician even commented on how active he is - always moving and kicking.  Abbie was with us during the ultrasound and she loved watching the baby open and close his mouth.  "He's trying to lick me!" she giggled.

Overall things seem to have stabilized with me and baby.  The 3.5 cm pool of blood is still there between my amniotic sack and uterine wall (not good), but it's not getting bigger and not moving (good).  The doctor encouraged me to still take it easy as much as possible.

Our next ultrasound and appointment was scheduled again for two weeks on Monday, December 17.
